Shipping Policy
When you purchase good from ‘Sharnie Dwyer’ the purchased products will be delivered via standard delivery with Australia post. 5-7 business day.
Sharnie Dwyer offers a flat rate shipping cost of $10 Australia wide. Orders over $100 will receive FREE shipping.
Note: Due to the current covid 19 outbreak and increased demand within Australia post, shipment may be delayed.
Shipment will usually be made the following business day for orders made prior to 12 noon. Delivery times may vary dependant on location and unforeseen circumstances. Delivery times do not include weekends or public holidays. You will receive a conformation email with tracking number once your order has been shipped.
You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of goods to the wrong address or person as a result of inaccurate or incomplete information.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Sharnie Dwyer two of our main focus points are customer care and quality of products. With this, we are happy to offer a 14 day Return policy starting from the date of delivery.
If your product is in original condition/unused we can offer a credit or exchange with shipping costs paid at buyer’s expense.
If your product just isn’t quite right. We will first ask a series of questions to ensure the product is being used in line with the product care guidelines. If determined that you have received a faulty product, we will offer a full refund or exchange.
